If the Backcheck report is less than 30 days old, you can request a Recheck from Backcheck. If the report is over 30 days, you will be required to either create a new account and pay the fees again or obtain a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check with your full name from your Local Police Department, OPP Division or RCMP.
